Geoffery Nnalue is a technology founder, product innovator, and customer experience leader with nearly a decade of experience building across fintech, proptech, artificial intelligence, and advanced technology. He began his career in customer operations within the financial services sector, where his ability to identify customer pain points and drive business outcomes led him into product management. He went on to build and launch payment settlement, web acquiring, and cross-border financial solutions that processed millions in transaction value while improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
One of his most notable achievements is the creation of Circles, a platform designed to help African professionals showcase their skills, achievements, and experiences beyond the traditional CV. The platform attracted nearly 1,000 users organically during its early launch and received national recognition from The Guardian Nigeria, which highlighted both the product's potential impact and Geoffery's emergence as one of Africa's promising product leaders.
His contributions to technology innovation and entrepreneurship earned him recognition as one of the 100 African Iconic Personalities of the Year, where he received the Outstanding Technology Entrepreneurship & Innovation Award 2024 for his impact in building technology-driven solutions that create opportunities and drive growth across Africa.
Today, Geoffery is the Founder and CEO of The CirclesApp Ltd (circlesapp.co), where he is building AI-powered solutions that help businesses close the execution gap. Under his leadership, the company launched KYG AI, a platform that enables businesses to create professional marketing images, videos, and branded content at scale. The product gained industry recognition and was featured by BizWeekly as one of the leading AI tools for ecommerce in 2026, earning comparisons to the "Canva of ecommerce."
